Return Policy
Digital Products
All Digital products come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from date of purchase. We are not able to refund digital products after the 30-Day Guarantee expires.
We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your digital purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
Please open a support ticket so we can begin to talk about it. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.
Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
Physical Products & Supplements
We accept returns of UNOPENED physical products within 30-days of official carrier delivery confirmation.
Please email us directly for details and instructions regarding returns as the return address may have recently changed.
Return shipments
- Refunds for unopened products are available within 30-days of delivery confirmation, less the cost of the initial shipping charges.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, liability, and packaging.
- Returns/Refunds are not eligible for products that have been opened.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Costs
Orders prior to 11:00 AM CST can expect to ship the same day. However, due to high volume, inventory delays, or the US Federal holiday schedule and order may ship within 1-2 business days from the time of completed purchase. We ship USPS First Class and Priority mail as our primary carrier. However, with the increasing transit costs we may use FedEx or UPS to ship your order domestically.
- Most shipments will deliver to their final destination within 1-5 business days from the shipping date.
- If there is an inventory issue, we will do our best to communicate this information to you either on our website prior to checkout, via your order receipt, or email shortly after your order is placed.
- Please note on rare occasions orders can take upwards of 7-10 business days to reach your destination. This is largely due to workforce limitations within the shipping industry and we ask for your patience with our carriers.

Free Shipping will be applied to orders that exceed the current established threshold marked on our website or if indicated by a promotion.

International Shipping Charge: $25.00 USD and up
Rebel Health Tribe has the right to charge shipping costs as it relates to the size and weight of the package in alignment with current postal/carrier prices. Prices may vary and are subject to change at anytime without notification.
International Shipping Costs, Duties, & Taxes:

International shipping costs can change at anytime without notification. Due to certain restrictions and weights, it is not possible for us to have independent quotes for shipping internationally. If the shipping cost largely exceeds the flat rate Rebel Health Tribe reserves the right to refund the order entirely or contact the seller for additional shipping funds prior to shipping the order. This may result in order delays.
Currently, we have a flat rate for shipping on our website for all international orders. Please note that INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER PROMOTIONS, SHIPPING COSTS, RETURN POLICIES AND REWARDS.
Expect shipping times to take 7-14 business days; however, it is possible that orders can take 30-45 business days to arrive at their final destination. Customs delays are out of our control and we can not make claims or adjustments to your order after it has been shipped. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the US), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized or destroyed by customs Rebel Health Tribe is not to be held responsible for the losses, product, or refunds. Shipping internationally is considered “at your own risk” and Rebel Health Tribe will only refund those orders that are returned to us in the original conditions to which it was shipped, less shipping costs. Upon shipment from our distribution center, all sales are considered Final unless otherwise stated.
You are welcome to submit claims for lost, stolen, damaged packages through the USPS site if the order is shipped via regular post. Claims can not be submitted prior to 30 days. Claim resolution can take 180 days or more.
- We’re responsible for getting the package to customs, if package is then lost, destroyed or stuck in customs, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
- Customs may change tracking/ use separate service for local delivery, we are not responsible for any changes once package(s) reach customs.
- Customer is ultimately responsible regarding regional issues or regulations with specific ingredients or product types.
Rebel Health Tribe, Inc. Has the right to refuse business or shipments to any suspicions parties. Illegal attempts at transactions or transactions in attempt to violate wholesale or third-party agreements will be reported.
SOME BRANDS DO NOT ALLOW US TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
PO Box addresses when you can as it can create issues with UPS and FedEx should your order be required to ship either of these two carriers.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided on the status of your delivery once a package is being prepared for shipment. In occasional instances, some items can go on backorder, which may delay order processing.
If there is a case that an item in your order is back ordered, we will contact you to notify you and usually ship a partial shipment if the delay is anticipated to be longer than 5 business days.
Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as they are identified.
Any delays that occur during transit, although rare, are an issue with the postal carrier and unfortunately is out of our immediate hands. You are welcome to contact us at anytime via email and we can do our best to investigate the location of your package.
Occasional USPS delays are out of our control. Please contact your local post office, not the general USPS number, with any questions or special instructions on your shipment or to inquire about delays. Usually if something is marked as delivered but has not in fact arrived, it is usually with the carrier or at a neighboring location. We reserve the right to split shipments as inventory dictates. We carefully control our inventory but we cannot control supply from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this may cause us to temporarily remove products from our site due to issues with manufacturing and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. These instances are out of our immediate control as we can be dependent on 3rd party policies and supply issues.
Stop Shipment / Redirect Requests
If a package has already been shipped, it must be returned to us prior to rerouting the package and the cost to reroute will be the responsibility of the customer. In this instance, we will send a PayPal invoice to cover the charge of the rerouted package. Redirect requests while an order is in transit are not guaranteed to work.
Cancellations & Order Change Timeframe
In order to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we have a limited window to change or cancel orders since they are transmitted directly to fulfillment once the payment has processed. Because of this we ask that you send order adjustments immediately to hello@rebelhealthtribe.com.
We will always do our best to consolidate your orders if multiple orders are placed at once but it may not always be possible prior to shipment. If orders are combined, if eligible, we will refund shipping charges.
The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed:
- Confirmed order items
- Payment method
- Billing information such as name, address, or phone number
We can change:
- Shipping Name
- Shipping Address
In some instances it is best if we refund the original order and you can place a new order that suits your needs.
Direct USPS Inquiries
For USPS inquiries, please check your tracking number and/or contact the local postal service foremost as they will have more timely information on the status of your shipment or the placement of your delivery. Additionally, please note USPS and Federal Holidays that may delay the transit time of your package.

Subscription Orders (Autoship)
You will be notified by email 2-days prior to your autoship processing. At that time, please confirm the address and items that are scheduled to go out. Should you have any changes you may pause or reschedule your shipment prior to the scheduled date. Once the date has passed, the order enters our systems as if you placed the order manually on that day. Changes and refund requests must follow the above policy. Subscription orders have no time-limit commitment and only offer future order scheduling with pre-approval for the Rebel Health Tribe payment processers to charge your account. Your first elected autoship order approves Rebel Health Tribe to charge your account for subsequent purchases on the date or timeframe the customer selected.
